  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition. All tags, labels, and accessories should be intact and included.

  • Non-returnable Items: Certain products such as perishable items, intimate wear, personalized goods, and opened electronics are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective item, you are eligible for a return or exchange, provided that you inform us within 48 hours of delivery.


How to Return

  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is received and approved, you will be issued a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Please include this number in your return package.

  3. Shipping the Item: Return the product to our return address, and please ensure the product is properly packed to prevent damage during transit.

  4. Shipping Fees: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item is damaged or incorrect. In that case, Zenvia will cover the return shipping costs.


Refund Process

  • Processing Time: Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase. In case of payment via cash on delivery (COD), a refund will be issued via bank transfer or mobile money, as per your preference.


Exchanges

If you would prefer to exchange a product, please follow the same steps outlined above. If the item is out of stock, we will offer a refund or store credit as an alternative.
